Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh dari beberapa jenis dan dosis pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pegagan. berlangsung di Rumah Kaca 1, Laboratorium Hortikultura, Ilmu Gulma Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, bulan Agustus sampai November 2021. menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola faktorial dengan 2 faktor 3 ulangan. Faktor yang meliputi taraf berupa kandang sapi, kompos serasah daun trembesi tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS). 4 10, 20, 30 40 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya berpengaruh sangat nyata panjang akar serta pertambahan jumlah stolon umur 75 HSPT (Hari Setelah Pindah Tanam). Pupuk TKKS merupakan terbaik Dosis akar, berat kering keseluruhan tanaman. pegagan yaitu 10 Interaksi antara HSPT.
